Bid Design for UK Housing / Construction
I create bid presentation submissions for small to large construction/property clients to help win new work. Using Adobe Creative Suite, I can design templates to your company’s brand guidelines and suggest improvements where necessary from learnt experiences. Alternatively, I’m happy to help with your team’s workload and work on bids using your current templates to meet deadlines. I understand the need for uploading documents to portals and making sure everything is indexed and correctly submitted. I work with Nicola Dibb Associates (NDA) helping their clients to win work by presenting their relevant experience and company information, in their brand so it’s clear and visually pleasing. NDA are Bid Writers and can offer you a bid writing service if you require that as well. I create CV templates, project case study templates, site logistic plans and organisation charts, as needed, and offer advice to add value to your submissions. I also manage the marketing and events promotions for Women In Social Housing (WISH), a ‘not for profit’ UK networking group for Women working in the UK Housing Sector.
Branding
If your branded material or your online presence is looking tired, or requires an audit, I can help you give everything a refresh look and show you the tools and advice to manage it. I can create branded stationery, social media pages and advise you on the right domain name/SEO to get your company seen. If you just need a simple brochure website then I am happy to build one in wordpress for you, or alternatively update your current website with a refreshed look and feel within its current boundaries.
Social media marketing
I can help you look at who your audience is, what your tags should be and look at the social media channel that will work best for your business along with creative company branded pages. I can create social media cards for advertising or promotional campaigns and also give you the tools to manage it yourself.
Start ups
If you are starting out as a new business then I can help bring your ideas to life by creating a logo, business stationery, leaflets, business cards, simple brochure website or social media pages, with your content and images.
